    1. Apparently this is the building in which my great-grandmother died when she was 28 or 38 depending on the article you read. She was a servant there and fell down the stairs. She was called “rickety Kate” as she had rickets as a child. Her daughter was in an orphanage in Reno. She was taken away from her when Kate was convicted of selling alcohol to Indians. She had such a sad life.

    2. Been there 3 times. 2 times we had something happen. First time we went my son (5 years old) said he felt a ghost walk through him at bottom of stairs and I felt chills to the bone same time he felt that. I also heard a noise in that area right before and it was just us two and the guide in building. It took my son about a year to get the courage to go in again. 2nd time it was really big tour of 20 people. When we were out back we heard a man laugh (normally) and there wasn’t anyone there. 3rd time was another big tour and nothing happened. Yes, I feel it is haunted.
