  1. My guy and his two siblings owned this building for a couple years, after it being Kozy Korner . there where many experiences had here by myself and others. When we’d lock up at night, we would leave the radio on for Carl, and told him to be a good boy. It was investigated, and we learned that there is also a Man and a deceased cat that reside hear….nothing “bad” or melicious happened while the siblings owned it, but we are unsure if this “man” that resides there is nice or not.

  2. Currently open, as EF5 bar. I work here and can personally account to the presence of a ghost. My first day before we were open, I was in the back storage area when I heard what sounded like a heavy ball or bottle rolling across the hardwood floors in the bar. I walked out and looked around and saw nothing. When I went back into the storage room I heard a knocking along the hallway which was on the other side of the wall from me- almost like someone was tapping the wall as they walked toward our ladies bathroom- again I went to look and saw nothing there. At that time I hadn’t heard of any ghost in the building! Whatever is here it seems friendly 🙂
