    1. I stayed there one evening in January 2018 and immediately felt something as I pulled onto the property. It was so beautiful and reminded me of the house I grew up in. Upon waking up in the morning, I noticed the my (yes, dogs are allowed), was strangely quiet AND nervous at the same time. My room was FREEZING! Granted, it was chilly that month however, the rest of the entire home was warm and comfortable. I went to breakfast dressed as if I was outside. The other guests asked me why I was bundled up and I told them about my room. Everyone else’s room were toasty warm. Hmm…

    2. I visited this place while taking a walking ghost tour. While the guide told the story about the property and specifically mentioned Mr. Denham being sighted walking around the cupola, a man (A REAL MAN NOT A GHOST) starts walking around up there. I appreciate the story, but I paid money for a ghost tour, NOT A MAN WALKING AROUND ACTING LIKE A GHOST! I felt cheated from the experience, this place has a great story, but there is no ghosts here.

        • I agree; my elderly aunt and i stayed there this month, OCT 2019, and I definitely know there are spirits there. I asked the server in the morning at our breakfast, and she told me that i was correct. I felt it the entire time i was there, and in the middle of the night, i woke up from a very deep sleep to a sound that i had never heard before. It was; if i can explain in words, a swirl swoop sound with an electric tone. I went right back to sleep knowing that something was in the room. My aunt and I had the best nights sleep there and very peaceful!!

        • Your right Susan. I stayed their recently and something strange took place. Just not sure what it was trying to tell me. Something about stormy water. Woke up with a sore wrist and a mark on my inner bicep. Like a cigarette burn. No pain on the mark. Strange. Wasn’t there before I went to bed.

    3. We drove by here and took photos when I got home I saw a woman from older days by the way her hair was and looks like a law man from older days too
