  1. I would love to investigate that location. we captured a voice while investigating the joseph faulkinberg house that said his name was chris Ludlum. we later found out that Christopher Ludlum was buried in the cemetery just 100 yards away and the Ludlum estate is about a half mile south of the faulkinberg house. if you need any help in validating any of your claims, we would love to investigate your location. look us up @ truthparanormalinvestigators.com (for free of course) founder, jim reichert

We stayed there when it was a B n B for our honeymoon in 1995 to escape the crowds in Cape May; didn’t know it’s reputation at the time. Several unnerving incidents on the third floor. Radio came on at midnight playing “superstition”; we thought they were teasing the newlyweds. Apparition seen in the mirror; not visible in the room, very cold spot in a very warm room and someone sat on the bed as we were lying there. Months later we read that there were rumors of a female ghost seen on the third floor and other strange incidents but that the owner played them down as to not ruin is business.

  4. This place is 100% haunted. our friends own this house and whenever we go to visit the hairs on my arm and neck stand us. Also, the owners know how to throw one hell of a Halloween party. every room is decorated along with the outside. it’s defiantly the best party of the year that we look forward to going to.

    • Yes they do! I love staying there every summer, but every time I would sleep in the one bedroom on the first floor I got migraines and a feeling of being watched. I now sleep on the third floor
