    1. My husband and I stayed at the hawlthorn hotel. The only thing I felt was on the 5th floor once I got out of the elevator. One spot on the right side it felt dark. Not evil , like something unseddled there. It felt empty, like someone was not wanting to leave even though they should. Didn’t want to hurt anyone. They were hurting. I felt nothing on the 6th floor . The room we stayed in was good, old but good vibes.

    2. My dad worked here in the 70’s. There seems to also be a spirit that wanders through the hall near the kitchen. He saw and heard some pretty strange things in that area.

    3. I brought a group of students in 1998. The elevator would automatically go to the basement regardless of what floor we selected. It never went to the 6th floor.

In another incident, I was taking a nap in my room and the window opened by itself, then closed. It was very eerie! At first I thought I was dreaming, but it happened again.

    4. Stayed there one time about 6 years ago (2012 maybe?). I woke up in the middle of the night. I couldn’t figure out what woke me. The air in the room felt heavy and close and I watched the chandelier trembling above me. I looked like it had been moving but was just coming to rest.
