Ghost of Irene Randall - Tampa, FL

According to legend, Irene Wengel came to Tampa in 1902 to get an illegal abortion in a building that once stood near the parking garage. A couple days after Dr. Frederick Weightnovel performed the abortion, Irene became very ill with blood poisoning; she died shortly thereafter. Irene’s uneasy spirit is said to haunt the building, although reports say what stands here now is not the original doctor's office.

I am staying at the Floridan Palace Hotel. I went for a walk this morning at 2:00 a.m. I walked towards Marion street. I saw a young girl, i thought she was young because she was very short. She was wearing a long dress that billowed out in the breeze. I thought that was odd because it looked like an old timey dress. I got within about 30 yards of her and she crossed Marion from my left to my right. It looked like she was gliding above the ground instead of walking.

Is this really serious? I am not saying that I don't believe any haunted and paranormal subjects. I believe in ghost and spirits, and I have always wanted to see and know more about the past. I really hope that the story you have told is true; and for my adventure o begin!
