Formerly the Placerville Soda Works, the café is the local hub for arts, fine food and ghost stories. Lore tells of a young boy who was crushed by a hydraulic lift and appears to staff, while others say a tunnel that runs beneath the building is haunted by a ghostly miner.

    We here at Hangtown Leathers have seen some unusual activity in this building and look forward to seeing more in the future.
