Hollybrook is a retirement community, and it seems there’s one old resident who liked it so much she never wanted to leave. She also seems to have a thing against speeding motorists. If you’re leaving Hollybrook late at night and you’re driving significantly faster than the posted speed limit of 15 MPH, she’ll appear suddenly on your left in a pink night gown, motioning for you to slow down. Witnesses claim to see her dematerialize into thin air via their rear view mirrors…
