Colt State Park

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Colt State Park

This state park was a farm until the middle of the 20th century. A stable hand reportedly died in the barn, now the park office, and his ghost is said to play pranks with the lights and doors. He shares the park with the ghosts of two young girls who drowned in nearby waters; they have appeared to a surprised witness on the path to the beach.

  1. Have a relative who gets possible ghost sightings on their ADT motion sensor video system….nobody is in the house and it appears a little girl is touching the tv…..do you have the names of the little girls???? Is one of them Annie?

  2. I conducted my own personal investigation in 2007 with my sister. My K2 Meter and EMF meters both flickered and stayed constant as I asked very concrete and relative questions. 3 years later, in October 2010, I took my sister again with her fiancĂ©(now married 9 years as of 2023), my cousin and her husband. They stepped back as I conducted my questions masterfully and they were truly amazed as we all turned off all electronics and I also managed to get hold of somebody and ask if there are any underground electrical sources and anything possibly interfering in the distance… No underground pipes or electricity and nothing from radio towers. It was extremely chilling when we heard a distinct scream in the woods after I asked a very final and crucial question…”Was the drowning accidental?” After 2 flashes meaning no, whoever was hard pressed by this made herself known. There is this spot and a very Specific spot on the East Bay bike path that I also conducted research and found out that a man fell off his bike and did not survive hitting his head. My sister again came with me to that location and she said she picked up his name as Joseph. Another person commented on this and they said “was one of the girls names Annie?” I kept getting an “A” name in mind, but I didn’t think much of it 16 years ago!
