  1. I mean idk about the built on burial grounds but you do feel something sometimes.
    And the city hall back then is really the administration building now where the court is and police, not the new two story city hall across the street.

    So me and some friends went there. It was my birthday and we go inside. It was just creepy. We kept hearing people talking when there was no one there

  3. I severely doubt that for a couple of reasons. First of all, what is this “Strange Phenomena” and second of all, there are some stretches here in the comments. I strongly believe this is just a building without any paranormal history.
