This historic hotel is currently being refurbished, but guests and staff still report having seen the apparition of a woman in a white dress staring out of a window on the third floor. The spirit is known as Simone, a prostitute who was murdered in a hotel office. Others report smelling her perfume and hearing her disembodied footsteps.     I stayed at the Boulder Hotsprings about 10 years ago. My boyfriend and I were out exploring the grounds and I took a photo of him out back of the hotel. When I downloaded the photos on to my computer I noticed what looked like a woman in a white Victorian style dress looking out from the upstairs window. Later when I read about what people report seeing I got goosebumps. Sounded exactly like my photo. Unfortunately the hard drive crashed on my old lap top so I can't access that photo anymore.

    We have a picture of something my son took. its a figure sitting on a couch when nobody was in the room but him. We were up wandering around in the front lobby. My son recorded noises with my phone while we slept. Didnt know there was an app for that! lol

    While swimming in the outdoor pool at the back of the hotel, there was a woman standing at the window on the third floor watching the people. I thought it odd that she was in a nightgown; but she was not ghostly looking. Much later, I read about her and must say, it was no surprise.
