  2. As a point of information, this bldg is the Belle Haven Apartments, originally built as the Broadway Apartments in 1926. The Belle Haven INN (pic attached) was a now defunct hotel built in 1887 at the edge of lower Main Street overlooking the Bay, originally called the DeSoto Hotel before they built on an additional wing. Kinda confusing with the similar name. A developer did an interior reno on the Belle Haven Apts in the 1980s and repurposed the space as offices. Remember going here with a leasing agent back then but had a weird vibe even though the architecture and location were really cool.

  3. Just worked in here today. I knew something was inside as soon as I took the padlock off the front door and opened it and the cold air hit me in the face. I recorded everything I did. Keep in mind I’ve never heard about or been to this building until today. But, I could instantly tell that this place very well may be haunted. I didnt see anything but I’ve yet to look at the whole video on my phone. Very, very cool place.
