Begich Towers - Whittier, AK

This building was built for serviceman and their families in 1952, but after the army withdrew from ownership of the building, it became condominiums for most of Whittier's residents. Many residents in the apartment block have reported a weird shadowy apparition roaming the hallways late at night, as well as strange voices, the rattling of chains and the sound of whistling.
