Dating back to (you guessed it) 1894, this old building is now an artists studio. The place is haunted by Luther Saint Paul Miller, a former owner. His apparition used to be seen standing at the top of the staircase, but he has not been seen since the interior was refurbished. (Submitted by Callum Swift)
