Warehouse Restaurant

You are here Home  > Restaurants and Bars >  Warehouse Restaurant

This historic warehouse was converted to a popular restaurant, but even back in the late twentieth century, police and authorities were responding to reports of paranormal activity which happened on a frequent basis. The restaurant is believed to be haunted by a ghostly child and the apparition of an elderly lady in an old-fashioned dress. Doors have been known to open and close by themselves late at night, and running footsteps are heard when there is no one around.

  1. Just clarifying that this is the Delaware, OH Warehouse restaurant? We have dined there several times and, as a sensitive, I have picked up on some energy there. I never mentioned it to my husband or anyone else since I have not had a specific experience. Last night, my husband and I dined there at around 7 or 7:30pm. While we were eating, my husband became very uneasy as he explained to me that something pulled his pants pocket (the one nearest the walkway). Almost immediately after that, he had his leg poked kind of forcefully (not in an aggressive way, but with enough force that it wasn’t mistaken as anything else. My husband is a skeptic, but these 2 back-to-back incidents really freaked him out and he believes he was touched by a paranormal being since there was absolutely nobody visible next to our table.

My grandmother was actually a manager at the warehouse for a while. She always told me some of odd things that would happen there late at night while she closed down the place. Hearing footsteps coming up the steps when no one is there. Glasses falling off of shelves for no reason.
