The building was a former historic hospital, and was abandoned for a period of time before being refurbished as apartments. Screams come out of unoccupied apartments, and residents have seen glowing apparitions flying through the hallways of the apartment block. An evil entity is also believed to reside here, and has been known to push residents down flights of stairs.

  1. I have had my hair pulled, baby with no batteries talk saying things it normally would not, child has seen a black figure several times, my foot has been tickled in bed, fience almost pulled over couch in sleep, and bed shook so hard one night I woke up thinking earthquake. I lived in apartment 5 for one year. I would never return

  2. I was at a house party there in 2008, me and a couple others were standing in the kitchen talking, I was right next to the refrigerator, and I was the only one near it, when all of a sudden the freezer door opened and slowly swung towards me, I was freaked out and left soon after.

  3. I use to live in #20 and you could hear ppl walking up and down the hallway and stairs, but noone was there. You could smell odd things in the halls and apt. The basement where the laundry room was was the scariest you could feel the energy change, hear odd noises and sometimes it felt like someone was trying to push you down or trip you yet noone was there, always felt like I was being watched in the basement. It’s most definitely haunted.
