This guest house is believed to be haunted by many apparitions. People have reportedly seen figures in period clothing walking around the guest house, especially in Room #006. On the floor in this room, there is a bloodstains that will not go away no matter how much the floor is polished. People have reported doors opening and closing by themselves, having objects thrown at them by unseen forces and being chased by a glowing apparition through the hallways of the haunted guest house.
