  1. I grew up in Spencer and have visited Pine Grove many times but have never seen anything out of the ordinary. My grandfather worked at Pine for many, many years and my father has worked there for several years as well. Never have they mentioned anything about ghosts. It is large and next to an old horse track so I can see where it would lead to many people hearing things. I have several family members buried there too. If they are out haunting please let me know. I would like to say hi to them. I do miss them.

  2. I’ve spent some time walking around in Pine grove, and I haven’t run into anything paranormal. It’s an interesting cemetery, though, and there are some old graves off to the far left, almost lost in the woods. After I got a good look at the mausoleum, I went home and watched Phantasm.

  3. Found a stone circle in the woods near one entrance. Just a very cold feeling that day. The empty baby carrier we found just added to the spook factor. Brand new, No sign of child or parent.

My ex boyfriend’s dad is buried there. When we were dating I went with him on the anniversary of his fathers death. Only a few minutes after we got there I kept feeling like someone was watching me…everytime I turned around to see who was staring at me all I could see was a dark figure / shadow peering out behind a large tree then quickly disappear. I chalked it up to just being in a cemetery and it was my imagination getting the better of me until years later when I read about that cemetery being haunted! I guess it wasn’t my imagination after all.. or was it?

  5. Went here to check it out and felt as if I was being watched, I took a few pictures and found a all black shadow of a man wearing a hat peering from behind the tree in front of me. I am totally convinced there is watcher in this cemetery.

I have walked my dog in that cemetery many early evenings for the past ten years and never has there been any paranormal or Erie feelings. I am thinking about getting a plot there.
