This historic building was formerly a general merchandise store, and is allegedly haunted by two apparitions. On the second floor, visitors claim to have heard disembodied footsteps. It is believed that these belong to an elderly bookkeeper who passed away in the building, and who is now forever searching for a stack of missing ledger books. Other claim to have heard sobs and screams, and have encountered an entity which through objects around.
