  1. I live in Chester, California, just a few miles from Keddie Resort. I have traveled Highway 70 into Quincy many times and passed the Keddie Resort area. There have been many times when I have passed this location that I have felt spirits in the area. I have traveled this road at night past the resort and slowed down to look behind me as I felt something was following me. I have never seen any spirits, but have felt them many times.
