Hotel Andra

At this 1920s hotel, which used to be called Claremont Hotel, the sounds of wild carousing in the Roaring ’20s have been heard. Witnesses have described loud jazz music, breaking glass and voices. Apparitions have also been seen. The living guests often complain about the noise, but to no avail. The ghosts can’t be dissuaded from their partying. The 9th floor seems to be where a lot of the noise originates.

Another curious occurrence here is a paperweight that levitates, only to crash back onto the glass desktop on which it lays. Some say one spirit here may belong to a former female worker who perished by falling from an upper floor in the 1960s.
