A beautifully Tiffany window was donated to this building in 1905 when it was church, in memory of Clara Bicknell Hodgin, who died at age 34. When the building was converted into a playhouse, the window was placed in storage for several years. It was installed again in 1976, and with it came Clara’s spirit, according to locals. She is said to be a charming ghost with delicate footsteps, and her presence is felt by all who visit or work here. She likes to turn electrical switches on and off as well.
