The former owner, Chris Polos (AKA: The Captain) is said to remain here in his establishment, but guests have also reported a woman in and around the bathrooms. The nearby area is rumored to have been a brothel ripe with gambling and vice, but the ghosts here are said to be friendly.

  1. I visited this location for lunch in October of 2016 unaware of its previous haunted claims.

My mother and I enjoyed some appetizers and a drink on the patio. After an hour of amazing food and refreshing ocean air, we kindly prepared to leave.
My mother stepped away to use the restroom and I decided to catch up on my emails. As I was busy catching up I heard a pleasant female voice kindly ask “is there anything else I can get for you?” I quickly responded “no thank you” and finished reading the final sentence of the email I was reviewing. I then quickly looked up to make eye contact with the voice I just heard offer further assistance only to find there was no one insight. After a few moments the server returned and kindly offered to bring us our bill. I then proceeded to ask if moments earlier she had asked if we needed anything additional, she quickly responded “no” with a confused look. I then knew that I had my first interaction with an unknown phenomenon. I then asked if this place was haunted and explained what had just happened to me. She then asked that I speak to the manager who confined the common ghostly occurrences.
