Doon Old Mill Ruins

You are here Home  > Historical Buildings >  Doon Old Mill Ruins

This once was owned from Adam Ferrie JR.. Build in 1834 in 1909 & 1910 there was two fires there one of the fire that took place was at that time a Saw Mill and the other fire was a Flour Mill, this grounds people can smell wood smells and down by the Grand River people have seen the Natives that at one time owned this land before Adam Ferrie did buy the land from the Natives. Under our Historical Ghost Walks in this area we do talk about what the land was as there is now only Ruins there but the land is active, with also Adam’s Brothers old farm Land that is now a Cemetery. St the Cemetery there is same famous people that at at rest and people have seen and heard Feby Watson walking to the road. We have got under our Historical Ghost Walks sounds of a person walking with no one there and people have heard their names called and even we got a photo of a little girl with a school dress on, we have had tools there and they go off. There are NO WIRES around the two areas.
