I’ve only ever seen this one mentioned in one source – “Orlando Ghosts” by Amanda Branham. In Chapter 2 she writes about her encounters with locals who swear there’s some vague sort of evil presence along the more deserted sections Chuluota Road (also known as 419). There are feelings of being watched and general unease, but nothing more detailed than that. She speculates there may be some connection to the nearby “Oviedo Lights” phenomenon.
