Long ago when this was still a hotel, not the condominiums it is today, my father in law who was a refrigeration man was called out to work on freezers that were in the basement of this hotel that the restaurant that was in there used. He was let into the basement to work on the freezers alone and at some point he turned around and saw the “Nun” standing right in front of him. He left the basement immediately got into this truck and drove off leaving all of this tools and equipment down there. He called the person who had called him to repair the freezers and told them that they could send someone down there to collect his tools and stuff and he would pick them back up from them in the restaurant at a later date but that he was not going back down into that basement again!
