At the Centracare, ghosts of former patients and staff have appeared in the park, as well as shadow figures. The phantom sounds of crying babies, voices and whispers have been heard, and some folks have noticed a feeling of being watched or the sudden malfunctioning of electronic devices. Strange lights and mists may materialize here as well.
