Haunts at this 1811 prison building, now a museum, include a legless floating spirit that floats from the entrance out to the yard and a tall man in the basement. The third floor is also said to be rich with eerie occurrences.

    1. This prison is right here in town. We’ve been there lots of times. No doubt that the old warden still maintains his presence here. You can always smell his cigar residue in the lower section of the prison.

    2. I have been to this prison several times, and every time I left with some type of experience. People with me have experienced things as well. In fact, one day, I met another pair of visitors, and we spent the entire day walking around this small prison; all of three us had multiple encounters with some ectoplasmic cobwebs and cold spots that followed us around!
