Bross Hotel Bed and Breakfast

This 1906 hotel is said to be haunted by original owner W.T. Bross’s mother. Apparently when the building was refurbished in the 1990s, her spirit became uneasy and was seen and heard by many people. However, she is said to be a friendly ghost, and has even been known to turn down the sheets for the guests.

  1. We lived just four houses down from the Bross (it’s in a neighborhood). We experienced a tall ghost with glowing red eyes, streams of thick black smoke that looked like giant snakes, many different colored orbs floating around all the time, the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the house and cupboards opening on their own. On the street I saw people walking by only to disappear a few feet from me. There was also phantom cyclists.
