Baldwin House Restaurant

You are here Home  > Restaurants and Bars >  Baldwin House Restaurant

There are three known spirits in this house, with probably many more yet undiscovered. The first ghost is that of ‘Aunt Gertrude’, who lived there in the 1920’s. She can be heard walking around on the second floor, but has yet to be seen downstairs. The second is that of an old lady dressed in a mourning outfit, who waits to be shown to a table then vanishes. The third is of ‘Uncle Charley’, an old man who can be seen looking out of a window on the second floor. The house is also believed to be haunted by a group of Confederate soldiers, who have been seen to appear and disappear suddenly.

The home seems no longer to operate as a restaurant.
