The Alliance Theater formerly the 1903 Charter Hotel, is said to be haunted by shadowy figures. Folks also have reported footsteps that run down the aisles and uneasy feelings, although the haunts here are said to be friendly.

If you go at 9:00 show in the small theater you can feel see and hear people tuning and touching you it is really creepy
I didnt even think about the theatre being haunted…and then i went to use the restroom. As I was doing my business at the stand up urinal, another patron walked in behind me, passed behind me, and proceeded to the bathroom stall. I finished my business, washed my hands, and turned to see that the stalls were all empty, doors open, no one else inside the restroom at all.
I walked out with the hair on my arms standing straight up, and the chilling tingle on the back of my neck, only to see that no one else was even on the staircase leading back down to the floor level. At this point, it struck me that there might be activity here. Then I researched a little further, and discovered that i wasnt the only one who’s experienced something strange here..
Alliance is hunted in a whole. There are dark entities everywhere. It’s a really uneasy place. I moved here and I literally want to leave. My apartment is flooded with dark thinks that attach and there is even a portal in that building. Everyone commits suicide here and people don’t realize it’s the land. I wish I’d never move here. It’s been a horrible experience. If you can’t see be thankful but yet most likely everyone here has an attachment on them. It’s a no for me
