Addy Sea Inn

The reports of haunting at Addy Sea Inn are fairly standard. Room 1 of the Addy apparently has a shaking bathtub though there has been no investigation into the plumbing and no reports of whether the shaking occurs when water is turned on or off has been documented. In Room 6, there are reports of organ music being played. And room 11 is supposed to be haunted by a former handyman, though what precisely he does or how this has been determined, we cannot say. We have not found any independent verification of these claims, no reports on reviews left on the Inn or any other documentation beyond the typical reports found on most ghost websites.

  1. As for the AddySea, My daughter and I spent three nights there last year, It was wonderful. beautiful furnishings and we didn’t hear or see anything at all. It is a beautiful place quiet , serene and would return anytime…. Not sure who went and heard noises or what but…..we didn’t see or hear anything….but, maybe it has to do with the fact that I am a Minister and the only Ghost I believe exists is the Holy Ghost…….

  2. I’ve stayed there three times, and one time I was in room 10 and I heard footsteps on the roof. I was a bit scared! We were the only people staying there that night. There is a smell of flowers when you are outside. If you research the history someone had fallen off the roof and died.
