  1. I live near 1st ave and Thomas rd and we walk to walmart all the time. I never heard or seen any thing. Does anyone know when this lady was ran over. I remember a lady died when hit by a car maybe a 1yr to about 1 1/2 yrs ago.

Last Friday we went Xmas shopping and walked down 51st ave and I didn’t notice anything.

so i say this is fake

  2. I still get chills when I remember. One night/morning (about 2 a.m.) my boyfroend at the time and I were driving through this intersection when for a split second we both saw what we thought was a woman out of nowhere in the middle of the street. He swerved so hard to the side and stopped and we looked back to make sure he didn’t hit anyone but there was absolutely no one there. At that time the streets were completely empty. I brushed it off until a few years later I thought it’d be cool to go somewhere haunted for halloween so I googled haunted places in phx cuz its where I lived and came across this story on another site. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe my eyes!

  3. me and my son and a friend were driving down the roadand while we were in our vehicle we heard a woman screaming inside her caroverall the moving vehicles with our windows rolled up it was like she was or something was inside our vehicle with us. we all ask each other if we heard itand we all confirm that we did hear it in we were at imagine it. we looked around and there was no one walking. does a paranormal investigator it intrigued me. so I did some checking and sound about the lady who was killed while crossing the streetin the same area which really blew my mind. I didn’t even know about it.

  4. My friend told me about 1 or 1.5 years ago a baby sitter was crossing the intersection with a stroller (to go to W-mart) and a car killed the little girl and the father could see the accident as he was going to pick up her daughter after he knew they where walking to that direction.

    • This was near the Walmart on 75th Ave and McDowell. If you go there you can still see a memorial for the young child.

  5. I live in that area for over 30 years and never heard of that seen anything or anything and I walk it regularly at night time cuz I work at Walmart night shift stocking

  6. Years ago me my girlfriend and her sister were walking near the store that is now a pawn shop and we noticed a woman sitting on the curb crying when we started to get closer she got up and started walking seconds later she was far from us as of she was gliding and this was early in the afternoon
