This historic apartment block was formerly the St. James Mental Hospital, and there are still various reports of paranormal activity from former and current residents. Objects would move around by themselves or vanish altogether, and screams and moans would come out of the basement where insane patients were sometimes locked away in. A former operating theatre was used as a playroom for children, and there are reports of a white apparition that has been seen staring at people from within this room before vanishing.
