The condominium is across the road from a large cemetery. Many residents have reported seeing the apparition an elderly woman in their apartments, or have seen her looking down into the street.

In Makakilo, Hawaii around Sept-Oct. 2015 on my newspaper delivery route around 3-4am at the Kai nani apartments on the last turn of townhouses the 4th condo has a cacasian lady in a white dress (aparition) that I caught staring out the window for a couple of weeks at 3-4am but when I wave or smile at her she would make no expression and I also showed my boyfriend the lady but he was unable to see her. What made it more worst was the owner of the house was watching tv once with the window open and had no notice of the women at all.
I moved into the Nuuanu Parkside after it was built. At night strange things occured. The shower turned on, the kitchen fan turned on, my phone in the kitchen was off the hook. The apartment above sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor. When I asked security about the people above me, he went pale and said that apartment is vacant.
